The Beaugrenelle property investment company (SCI Beaugrenelle Investors) for “Beaugrenelle Paris” is a partnership between Gecina (75% of the capital) and the SCI Pont de Grenelle, composed of the Foncière Euris, Apsys and Paris Orleans (25%).
